The film screened at Film at Lincoln Center (NYC), the Castro Theatre (SF), and Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (Estonia), and won the Audience Award for Best Narrative Feature at the 2021 Ashland Independent Film Festival, the Terry Porter Visionary Award at the 2021 Sarasota Film Festival and Best Young Director Award at the 2021 Port Townsend Film Festival.
